RAY Services, Inc. completed the redevelopment of 333 Lawrence Street into a mixed-use property featuring new residential units and ground-floor commercial space designed for a bodega/food market.

Scope included selective demolition, structural improvements, framing, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, flooring, painting, carpentry, and interior finish work.  RAY Services, Inc. completed a major renovation and expansion project involving selective interior and exterior demolition, site excavation, and construction of a new three-story addition. Work included hazardous material abatement, concrete foundations, elevator installation, wood framing, masonry, granite stairs, roofing, flooring, ceilings, plumbing, painting, HVAC, and electrical systems. RSI also renovated the existing first, second, and third floors, successfully delivering the project 

 RAY Services, Inc. completed the renovation of the first two floors of a four-story historic mill building originally built in 1865, totaling 60,840 SF. Work included planning, shop drawings, logistics, scheduling, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, flooring, painting, carpentry, selective demolition, restoration of historic elements, masonry repairs, exterior pavers, and parking lot asphalt repairs. The project was completed on time and within budget. 

Asbestos removal and demolition in 192 occupied apartments in sequence with other trades. ACM was found in texture ceiling, joint compound, flooring materials. Demolition of concrete slab including saw cutting, kitchen cabinets, doors and bathroom etc. 

Construction waste management and recycling, Demolition and removal of selected portions of buildings and structures, Hazardous Material removal, and asbestos abatement. Removal of polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), DEHP-containing light fixture ballasts, mercury-containing light bulbs/tubes, mercury-containing thermostats and chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs) from Pasteur Hall. Removal and legal disposal of demolished materials off site… Asbestos removal of ALL ACMs from the site (Tile. Mastic, Pipe insulation, Tank insulation, Skim Coat, chalkboard, concrete walls, Transite, ceramic tile, joint compound etc..) , to accommodate the renovations of the basement, second, third and fourth floor of Pasteur Hall. LEAD Paint removal, containment, and disposal of lead-containing paint (LCP), building components coated with lead containing paint, and associated waste generated as a result of paint removal activities. And selective demolitions of walls and floors. 

Selective demolition and hazardous materials removal, abatement and disposal of asbestos, lead paint and PCB/mercury. It also included is the removal and legal disposal of existing oil storage of the selective demolition & removal of existing floor, wall and limited ceiling systems and finishes, total removal of existing electrical, plumbing & mechanical systems. Renovation work consists of the addition and/or reinforcement of structural elements to meet current codes.
